Day 1: Canada-Lima
Arrival in Lima, meet and greet at Lima airport and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Lima.

Day 2: Lima (B,)
Morning at leisure, in the afternoon you will go on a half-day city tour of modern and colonial Lima. We’ll start with a panoramic view of “La Huaca Pucllana” and then you will visit the impressive Historical Downtown of Lima, with its palace, mansions, churches and squares ending with a visit to the residential and financial district of San Isidro and an unforgettable view of the Pacific Ocean from the district of Miraflores. Overnight in Lima.

 

Day 3: Lima/Cuzco (B)
After breakfast, you will be picked up at your hotel for the flight to Cuzco. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in downtown Cuzco. Rest of day at leisure to acclimate to the altitude. Overnight in Cuzco.

Day 4: Cuzco (B)
Today you will have the city tour of Cuzco. During this tour we will be visiting the cathedral, temple of the sun (Koricancha) and four ruins nearby Cuzco, to the archeological complex of Sacsayhuaman, Quenqo, Puca-pucara and Tambomachay. Overnight in Cuzco.

Day 5: Cuzco/Sacred Valley (B,L)
Early departure for the Sacred Valley tour, visiting the Archaeological Complex of Pisac Ruins and Market, stopping at the Urubamba Valley for a buffet lunch and continue to Ollantaybambo, its name comes from the Old Aymara and it means ‘Viewpoint’. Overnight in Urubamba.

 

Day 6: Sacred Valley/ Machu Picchu/Cuzco (B, L)
6:05 am Transfer to the train station to catch the train to Aguas Calientes–Machu Picchu 

7:05 am Vistadome train departs to Aguas Calientes

8:30 am Arrival in Aguas Calientes you will be taken on a 30 minute train ride to the top of Machu Picchu Citadel. Upon arrival, a guided tour of the mot spectacular ancient city of the world. This fabulous city contains houses, temples, warehouses, a large central square; all connected by narrow roads and steps that are surrounded by terraces cut into the mountain side. After the tour, free time to enjoy this spiritual wonder. Return to Aguas Calientes for lunch.

15:20 pm Vistadome train departs to make its way back to Cuzco.

19:05 pm Arrival to Poroy station and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Cuzco.

Day 7: Cuzco (B)
Day at leisure to explore the city on your own. Overnight at Cuzco.

Day 8: Cuzco-Canada (B)
Transfer to Cuzco airport for your flight back home or to continue your journey.
