DAY 1

At 9:00 AM depart for Huallpachaca Bridge at an altitude of 2000 masl, about 5 hours south east of Cusco. After lunch the guide will conduct a safety briefing followed by a demonstration of the equipment, and a basic Rescue Course for this kind of river. Start the adventure with 1 ½ hours on Class II and III rapids. Then set up camp on one of the beautiful beaches of the Apurimac River and rest for the evening. (L,D)

DAY 2

After a healthy breakfast pack up the camp, and head off to begin rafting down Class III and IV rapids, stopping only for lunch. Perhaps walk some dangerous Class VI Rapids (that are impossible to run). Then we will set up the tents and rest. (B,L,D)

DAY 3

After breakfast, raft down some Class III, IV and V rapids (The famous Class V - Toothache). After 5 hours the adventure ends at the Kunyac Bridge. Enjoy a barbecue lunch and before the return to Cusco, arriving there at around 6:00 PM. In the evening enjoy the video of the trip in one of the pubs in Cusco. (B,L,D)
