Belize is a small country
with many destinations. Within a concentrated area vsitors
may experience the wild nature of the tropical forest, the
crystal aquamarine waters of the Cays in the Caribbean, and
the majesty of some of the most impressive ruins of the lost
cities of the Maya. Many visitors take advantage of taking
a daytrip into neighbouring Guatemala. English is the language
of this former British colony but Belize offers all the charm
and excitement that makes Central America so popular with
families and adventurers.

Language: English. Spanish is spoken widely.
Canadian travelers to Belize do not require a visa but must
present a valid passport before entering the country. Passports
must be valid up until time of departure.
There is no consulate or Embassy for Belize in Canada.
